“Basics of Import and Basics of Exporting” seminars,
and we would like to formally invite you to attend!

“The Basics of Importing” Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, August 30, 2018
This is an intensive one-day seminar that defines the complete import process and importer best practices. The course explains the import process from the time of purchase, through the transportation and entry processes, including processes necessary to resolve post entry disputes with U. S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP). It includes presentation of purchasing agreements, documentation, compliance strategies, and security issues such as C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), Importer Security Filing (ISF), and obligations under TFTEA 2015 and the Customs Modernization Act.
“The Basics of Exporting” Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, August 31, 2018
This seminar covers the complete process to guide you through export rules, regulations, and transportation. The entire export process is presented and includes transportation, documentation, insurance and regulations. Upon completion of the course, each participant should have an understanding of the export process, the parties involved, compliance obligations and best practices in the export process.
Who should attend: Important information for supply chain professionals including importers, exporters, buyers, logistics, sourcing, purchasing, accounting, and compliance will gain valuable information from these seminars. Demand is always high for these training courses, reserve a space quickly!
