CBP Announces new COVID-19 Relief Imports Web Portal

CBP has announced that due to the high volume of inquiries, it has established a web portal for issues relating to the importation of medical supplies. The web portal address is https://imports.cbp.gov. The web portal contains common topic areas regarding admissibility, cargo hold/facilitation assistance, PPE importing guidelines and PPE classification/duty questions along with top articles, news links and basic guidance. Under the FAQs portion of the portal is contact information for the FDA along with links to other COVID resources.
