On Thursday, February 23, CBP issued additional guidance and review procedures under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA). Included in Customs message CSMS#55222106 was a more detailed FAQ, best practices for applicability reviews, and guidance on preparing executive summaries. If you are importing goods from this region of the world, this update is certainly worth reviewing.
